Selling my 1946 BC12D N95932, s/n 8232. Airframe total time is 2115.1 hours. Good fabric using Stits process, blue with silver trim. Aircraft has no electrical system. Last annual inspection was March 12, 2011. New sealed lift struts have been installed to take care of the recurring strut AD. Aircraft has Shinn wheels and brakes. Fuel capacity is 18 gallons. Aircraft has XCOM 760 radio with intercom and a 7 ah sealed lead acid battery mounted behind the seat. Battery can be easily removed for charging after flight. Aircraft has recording tachometer to keep track of flight time.
Aircraft qualifies for the Light Sport Aircraft category.
Engine is Continental C85-12F, s/n 25235-6-12. Total time since major overhaul is 95.4 hours. Engine is mounted with a short engine mount. Engine has new Slick magnetos with impulse couplings, and a new ignition harness. No starter or generator mounted on engine. Oil filter adapter STC for CH48108 oil filter. Engine compression is: #1-72/80, 2-74/80, 3-76/80, 4-76/80. Engine is easy starting with the two impulse couplings.
Propeller is a McCauley 1A90 70/52, s/n 5-419.
Aircraft has been kept in hangar and is located in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
