For sale: 1940 BL project for sale. No engine or engine mount. This a/c has been in storage in a barn for years. Some bending damage from windstorm in fuselage at left cabin top, left cabin post; also some damage to wings. I have log books and clear title. I believe this aircraft is reasonably easily rebuildable, but I also know I'll never have the time myself, and I'm already flying a just-fine '46. Asking $3000 or best offer. Following is a link to see photos of the project 1940 Taylorcraft BL which I have for sale. As an aside, it had been converted, in the 1950's, to a BC-65, though there is presently no engine or mount of any type. It should be easily convertible to either a BL or a BC though, if you jump through the right FAA hoops.
