Great Lakes Aero Products p/n W 2030. Thickness 0.125 in. Previous owner installed this in 2005; I replaced it this spring with an LP Aero Plastics windshield because I didn't like how the wing root trim bands fit around the wing root curvature on the old windshield. But that may not be an issue for you.
Some shallow scratches 1.5 inches from the bottom edge and left wing root area where I lost my patience in my early days of ownership and used a razor blade to remove the previous owner's glopped-on caulk, but you could probably polish them out if your fairings don't cover them.
Originally $132, now $193 in the Great Lakes Aero Products catalog. I'll sell it to you for $30 plus shipping. Shipping via Greyhound Package Express, bus station to bus station, might run about $30 to $50.
