I am on the horns of a dilemma. The engine in my BC12D went belly up. I've been on the forum a lot with my oil pressure problem, and it caught up with me. I either sell my airplane, or major my engine. I am exploring both possibilities.
The airplane was just annualed (April) and is in good shape. About 1700+ hours TT. Recent ceconite '99 and '03, rebuilt ailerons this past winter, good tires, new brake linings, nice interior, handles very well in good trim hands off, new Sensenich wood prop with less than 100 hours, kennon wing covers, new windshield. All in all, with a decent engine this would be a $15,000 + T-Craft. Without an engine? If you're interested, we can talk. I would be interested in interesting trades, other projects, etc. I cannot trade up.
Or: I need an engine.
