  • Wing Tank Gas Cap

I have a missing wing tank gas cap. Any ideas where I can start looking for a replacement would be appreciated.

Lee I have lost two wing tank gas caps in the past and i bought replacement caps at Stodderds aircraft parts anchorage alaska phone no 907-272- 2327. one had the tube in it already and the other i had to weld the tube in myself. I am shure they got them from wag arrow or unavair.

Just recieved one from Wag-Aero. Part # E-481-000, about $37.50. Haven't tried it for fit yet. Made one from Ford tractor cap still available at Ford farm Equip. dealers, about $9. Had to plug the built in vent holes though. Can find that part # if you need it. Howard

        Lee,
Do you still own N95598? Have you received any private messages from me? Still waiting for reply. My dad and I restored N95598 back in 1984 timeframe. Prior to that, it is the airplane I learned to fly in. I have been flying another T-craft lately. Would love to fly down your way sometime and take a look at the old yellow bird.

p.s. As for gas cap, take a look at the link below for Wicks Aircraft. I have always had good luck with Wicks.
