  • 33901 has got to go

33901 is still for sale. Someone come clean out my hangar. I’m offering my project and all of the extra parts for what I have in them. It’s a 1941 BC12-65. The fuselage and tailfeathers have been stripped, inspected, and recovered. All that’s left is to overhaul the motor, go through the wings and recover, then assemble. I’ll be putting an ad on Barnstormers Monday, but figured I’d offer it here first. I need to get $7500 to break even on it. There are also some extra wheels, ailerons, tailfeathers, an almost complete set of BC12-D ribs, a motor mount, and lots of new hardware. If it bolts onto an airplane and is in my hangar, it’s yours. I need the space! This is gonna be a good deal for someone.
Call Allen at 478-218-4660 or my cell at 478-396-1712 if you need any more info. The plane is at 5A2 in Warner Robins, GA. I'm about 5 miles off I-75 in central Georgia.

Looks like the extra BC12-D ribs I have are spoken for, so the project price is $7300!

I put some more photos on the Flickr album. The BC12-D ribs are gone. Also have a couple of doo dads on eBay.

Damn, I must not have read your first post close enough! You had built up ribs for sale? I am in desperate need of 6 to 12. Because of corrosion both wings need about 6 or 7 each. Larry

Mike, I'm not wanting to sell anything that I don't have a duplicate of just yet. Whoever buys the project is going to want to install that tank.
Larry, you didn't misread, they were BC12-D stamped ribs. I wish I did have a full set of extra pre-war ribs!
