I have listed my 1988 F22 for sale for $45k. Does that seem a good starting price for 780 TT & 80 SMOH?

I think that is a solid asking price. That is with the 118HP engine and conventional gear?

Yes my F22 has the Lyc O-235-L2C rated at 118 hp for 5 minutes (2800 rpm) and it has conventional gear.

I think you should get your asking price then. Just be patient. That is a very good A/C.

Thank you for the input. Wish I could fly it as a Light Sport but not much chance I could get the FAA to grant me a waiver!
