          Re: For Sale/radios

          Hi,
I don't think the Aiboy's work, more window dressing than anything else. Now, the old Lear was obtained from an old gent who is a ham operator. He took me to his shop and bench tested the unit with a signal generator and I was receiving a low freq hum in the headset. Again it was more for show but I was happy to see that at that time it did appear to work. Any A-N ranges still in effect out there?
          Regards,
          Glen

              Re: For Sale

I would like a clunker tube set to put in my shop so I can hear the BP on unicom at night....

If you have one that sorta works, please bring it to Alliance and I will trade you one of Forrest's beers for it.
