1965 Cessna 172 for sell

If anyone is wanting a good deal on a nice flying 4 place I have one that will be for sell in a couple weeks. It is a 1965 Cessna 172,0300D Continental(with wet vacum pump and key starter),362smoh done in 1992,80stoh done in 1998,paint is original,same owner and hangered since 1970,has old Cessna 300 series IFR radios(dual nav/coms with dual glide slopes) which are no longer legal but still work great and could be easily replaced with Mitchell slide in replacements,AT 50 transponder,2 place intercom,and back to the original test flight. The interior is fair and the paint is shot. It is in the middle of a very extensive annual and will be sold with a fresh febuary annual.The price is pretty firm at $22,500.
