Cleaning out the hangar...garage...and a couple of closets too

Project N33901 is going up for sale. As much as I hate to get rid of it, I am finding no time to work on it and the wife raised hell when I mentioned buying a flying plane while I work on this one! I’ll be placing an ad on Barnstormers soon, but I figured I’d post it here first. It is a very complete 1941 BC12-65 with lots of extra parts. Here is what I know I have right off the top of my head. Two sets of wing tanks, one set is NOS with new caps and straps, extra header tank, C-65 with approx 200 hrs and an extra 4 overhauled chrome cylinders to get your overhaul started, 2 engine mounts, metal prop, new nose bowl, most of the ribs, aileron brackets, and drag wires for a set of BC12-D wings and an extra set of tail wires. There are also 5 ailerons, several horizontals and an extra rudder that is banged up. Hey, I’ve been collecting! It’s in the middle Georgia area and I’d like to get $12K for all of it. That’s what I have invested so far. If it’s in my hangar and goes on an airplane, you’re welcome to it. The only part I know that is missing is the windshield, but you’d want a new one anyway, right? Thought I'd add an update. I've had quite a few requests for parts, but right now, I'd like to keep it all together. All in all, the bird is in good shape and has the makings for a very nice restoration. These are the prewar wings and there are a couple of ribs that need some loving. I'll be posting the ad on Barnstormers next week, but before I part it out to just anybody, I'll give the folks here first shot at stuff.
