  • Looking for Taylorcraft Owners in CT/NY area

I'm considering buying a Taylorcraft. I live in Sherman, CT which is home to a great little grass strip. If there are any T-craft owners within driving or flying distance, please drop me a line. I'm interested in learning more about the plane, it's flying characteristics and restoration and maintenance issues. Thanks.

We have a couple of Taylorcrafts and an Auster AOP6 in New York at Bayport Aerodrome (23N) just south of Islip Mac Arthur airport we would love to see you come down. Stu Bain [email protected]

      Hi Jeff,

There are two T-crafts at SMQ in NJ a couple of hours away. The airport is about 45 minutes SW of NYC by car. My tcraft is currently in PA but if you wanted to stop down, I could arrange to have it here. Just let me know.

      Thanks,

I hope to have my 1977 F-19 back at BDR this coming weekend. It is in NH now for its annual.

Jeff, I have the other T-Craft at Somerset that Brian mentioned. Mine is there all the time. I'd be happy to show it to you and take you for a ride if you'd like to come down to SMQ. I've been flying it for many years so if you'd like to set up a time let me know and we can talk.
