    Great photos, John!

I like the yellow wings with blue fuselage paint scheme. Is that AN Blue with the ??? Yellow?

      John,
Nice Tcraft and website. Are you on the airstrip called "Cherokee"? Thats just south of Cook airfield. Do you know Chuck Gantzer, Pietenpol pilot? Chuck's a good friend. I will be passing through the area this weekend possibly flying in a C172 or driving depending on weather. I am taking my kids up to El Dorado Saturday. Then I will be on my way back to TX, Sunday. Perhaps I will give you a buzz or stop by.

        Thanks Terry,

I don't know Chuck - but may know his airplane from some of the local events. Isn't that just like an airplane nut....remember the plane but not the name.

Stop by if you have a minute (call to verify). I like to hang out at the airport after church. We have a few airplanes to look at.

Cherokee Strip(18KS) is located So. of Udall.

          Hi John,
How long is the strip at Cherokee? I'll be in a 160 hp C172, probably heavy on fuel. If its not hot, will need at lease 1500 ft or so. If hot, 2000.

Cherokee Strip is 2500' x 200' turf. Watch for the turbulence off buildings and trees if you have any crosswind. Here's a website that has more info on 18KS... http://www.airnav.com/airport/18KS

              John,
I never made it that far. Wind and clouds halted me in Norman OK. Maybe I'll stop in next trip.
