Wanted, trim tab hinges

I'm looking for the hinge brackets that attach inside the aluminum trim tab on a 47 Taylorcraft BC12D. I don't necessarily need the brackets themselves, a drawing or tracing would work to manufacture a pair of new hinges. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

And I was born and raised around North Hills. Spent many a time flying over Grove City Butler etc.. Grandparents had country summer home in Meadville ......
