What is the difference between the Franklin props and the cont. props ?

My Univair catalog shows the Sensenich wood prop for a BF-65 as being a W72F-42. The prop for a A-65 is a W72CK-42 or a W76CK-34.
No metal props shown for the Frank 65.
The W72F-44 is listed at $1637 in the 2004 price book.
