I just bought 2 wrecked Tcrafts (minor) and plan to just keep the parts I need. One is a '41 BC65 STC'd for the 0-200 installation, the other is a 46 BC12-D. I have alot of parts that I will not need including a 350 smoh Continental 0-200 that is really nice. I have about any part you may need- just hope I don't need it too ;-) E-mail me for a list if you are interested. [email protected]

Eric, I am interested in the paper work for the installation of the 0-200 engine on the 41 BC65. I have a 41 BL65 and would like to install the 0-200 engine. Any help you may provide would be appreciated.Thomas Lubeck

Tom- I sold it to a friend here locally, sorry. The 0-200 I think is on the Harer STC. This '41 has non electric so I bet it was a great performer. I do have the plans and would be glad to forward you some- you have to buy the STC from the owner though to install it.Eric Minnis

Eric,
I have purchased the Harer STC and it is for the installation of the 85 Hp only. That is why I am interested in the paper work. It must have been a field approval for the 0-200.
Did it have the three hinged rudder?
If you could supply the N number and serial number I could get the paper work from the FAA
Thanks for your helpThomas Lubeck

Tom- Better yet- I will just have my friend that bought it fax you a copy. It was not field approved, it listedan STC number. Yes it did have the 3 hinge pre war rudder and elevator. Empty weight with the 0-200 was 752! I bet it was a performer! Send me your fax number when you get a chance.
As for all the parts I was going to have for sale- all I have left is a 46 BC12-D fuselage with logs, the 0-200 with 300 smoh, a set of NOS struts from the late 80's- never used (Norm has 1st dibs on them), a BC12-D door in good shape, a black headliner that is new, and I think that is about it. A good friend bought the wrecked plane with the intent of re-building it.Eric Minnis

Eric,
I received the paper work last week. Thanks. The STC shown on the paper work is the Harer STC. This STC is for the installation of the 85 HP. The 100 hp installation must be a field approval, but section 3 of the 337 is blank.
This is the same paper work that was used on my conversion. I have been told that for the field approval section 3 must be completed, and others have said that if the form has the faa office identification in the upper right corner it is approved.Thomas Lubeck
