Hi, I'm interested in buying a flying T craft in SC. Looking for mid time everything, BC12, nothing fancy. Anyone know anybody looking to sell? Thanks
Boyce
I live in Lexington SC about 10 miles from GASTON SC. I am working on a couple of pre wars BL65s right now. (one clipped& one long wing) The long wing will be as light as possible. The clip will be experimental but not very far from orginal eithor.
As far as buying a Taylorcraft... try looking on this sight under items for sale. Try joining the Taylorcraft Club and wait for the news letter. You may find a Gem there listed. Then again look at Trade a Plane or Barnstormers. You will find a Taylorcraft if you want one.
Happy to speak with you on this subject. Are you in EAA 242? Hve we talked before????
Hi Jim, we did talk a year or two ago about Taylorcrafts, and I am a long lost member of 242. I never seem to make the meetings as I always get roped into working the night of the meeting. I'm in the very very early stages of building a Mustang II, and that's not going so great at the moment. I've been thinking about T crafts again, and wanting to get something that's ready to fly. You know of anyone in the area looking to sell? How about your long wing, you going to sell it when done? I don't know much about the clip wing planes. Thanks for replying
