  • Continental A65-8F

    Need buy a Continental A65-8F for overhaul, with crankshaft and camshaft in good condition. Any have one available?
    Please advise me.

    I have a tapered and I'm in Maine two bad points / paid $1850 for it low hrs but no data plate may not need overhaul

      Yes, i am just getting ready to remove the A-65-8F to install a C-90. located just North of ATL, low time nice running, gary

          I have an A65-8 that I removed from my bc12d when I upgraded to a C90. It is a good running midtime engine with logs, compressions all 70 or higher. Multiple oil analysis reports. I do not have the mags or the oil tank, but I do have the complete exhaust (only about 100hrs since new) with heat shrouds.

            how many hours on it? SMOH etc.

              Here is a picture of the last engine log entry from an annual inspection in May of 2018. I removed the engine that august so the times are approximately 25hrs higher than shown on this entry.
