  • Post War Wing Parts needed

I need some parts for my right wing that I can't find through univair, spruce, etc. I'm looking for a root drag strut (sometimes called compression strut). I believe on my wing it's the same as all the other drag struts, except the one where the lift strut fittings are. Appears to be part B-A801. Also need a butt rib 0928-1L, the wingtip skin D-A8295R, and possibly a few other ribs - especially nose ribs. I'll firm up exactly which other ribs later tonight. These are all for the right wing of my postwar '46 BC-12D. I'd really appreciate any help or leads. Thanks!

If someone could post the length of this compression strut, that would be helpful.

Update: Dustin Blevins helped me out with the vast majority of wing parts I needed, including the compression strut. I've basically given up on a butt rib. I'll either build one from spare parts or build one with D&E parts. I've found another wing tip skin that may be a little easier to smooth out than mine, but if anybody else has a decent right wing tip skin, shoot me a message. Thanks.
