  • T-craft for sale

    Hey tribe,
Here is a 1946 BC12D t-craft that I have for sale.It is not going to be a first class show winner but it is a really nice old bird with new ceconite 102,new paint, interior, glass, cables, turn buckles, etc. The engine has 1730TT,600smoh.The airframe has 1350TT with all the logs and the airframe has just been completely restored. It has a loaner prop right now but will be sold with a metal 74/45 McCauley(compliments of Mr.Vic G.).
I still have a little rigging work to do as soon as I can get a calm day to do it.It will be in perfect flying condition,(hands off)before it leaves my hanger.
I don't plan to advertise it until I get the prop from Vic,finish tweeking the rigging, and put a few more hours on it just to make sure everything is going to be ok.
The reason I'm listing it to the tribe early is to give the tribe members or there friends first offer on it at a little bit of a discount, plus give you guys a little more time to come look it over and fly it.If someone here doesn't take it or show interest then I will probably run it on barnstormers starting the end of January and maybe ebay a couple weeks into february.
I am going to price it to the tribe and/or there friends for $18,500.It will probably go up after the end of January.
I can also deliver anywhere in the lower 48 for cost or free delivery with in 250 miles of West Liberty,Ky(9I3).
If you would like to see more pictures I can email them to you.I tried to post a couple more on here but it said they were to big(barely)and I don't know how to make them smaller .
    Thanks,
    Kevin Mays

Are your control wheels upside down or are mine?

No Jason, yours should be fine. The interior shot was taken before the wings were put back on.The aileron cables are not hooked up in this photo,in fact I don't think I had even mad them up at the time.

Kevin, still trying to get up to your place. Hopefully soon. Have one more trip down to the Valley in Texas, then up to your part of the country.
