  • Carbon Fiber Clipwing Taylorcraft Lycoming Nosebowls

If anyone is planning to build a Lycoming powered clipwing Taylorcraft- we just finished our all carbon fiber nose bowl. These are made to aerospace standards, oven cured, and UV protected so no paint is even needed. Half the weight of epoxy and fiberglass and many times stronger. No heat related issues to deal with either. $1000 plus shipping.

Flying is easy- to go up you pull back, to go down you pull back a little farther.

Next is a Pitts carbon fiber nose bowl, 2 piece so you can remove it without removing the prop. Also have a single place Giles 202 canopy in the works and some neat fairings for my clipwing Tcraft.
We are to the point that we can handle about any composite repair or project. If we can help anyone just let us know. You dream it- we build it.
