Unfortunately, health issues have grounded me (long story), so I have to sell my project since I won't be flying anymore.
Here is the basic info:
N964521 S/N 8721* Eng S/N 4702768
TTAF 3292.85 Last flew 8/21/78
TTE 2607.0 SMOH 120.5
Airframe is complete, but needs work. Fuselage tubing all appears good. I have not gone over every inch, but there are no obvious signs of trouble. Tail feathers need some work. Left wing needs new spars for sure (damned mice). Right wing was replaced some years back and spars are probably useable. Engine - before I moved the prop, I removed the top plugs and poured in MMO. Left it for a couple of weeks and then drained and carefully worked the prop around. Compression is all in the 70's
There is no data plate, but a blank one is in with the paperwork. I do not have an LOA to create a new one, but that should not be a problem.
* The S/N on the backside of the throttle plate is 8251 which does not match the paperwork. Based on the repair records, it is the original fuselage and I understand these mismatches are not uncommon.
I have the CD from the FAA and the logs for AF and eng.
I'd like to get $5000 for everything, but I'm open to reasonable offers. I also have lots of digital photos of the disassembly.
If anyone is interested and wants more info, you can send an email to rammon_3(at)comcast(dot)net
note: that is an underscore not a hyphen and used the Hank Jarrett encryption system to avoid spammers.
