Russ Hardy passed away last month. He built four beautiful Taylorcrafts and there apparently is a fifth which he did not finish (read project) . His son Lee Has Russ's personal plane for sale on Barnstormers. Lee lives in Dundee N.Y. Not far from Buffalo. This plane is the mate to the one I owned which was a 65 HP. (Lee has another one he flys.)It was perfectly done as is his. He had recently changed engines, installing an 85 non electric which has 50 hours on it. He overhauled it himself with a buddy who is an A.I. Not to be missed for anyone who wants a quality build and wants to fly NOW worry free. If I were younger, or if it had a starter, I would have already purchased it. Russ was a MASTER builder! Best, JC
