I know it's not a but I still thought I would ask, ya never know what someone might have laying around. Lol. I need a servicable engine mount for a J3. I doesn't need to be perfect, a splice or two is okay if done correctly. I can strip and paint it if it needs to be. My daughter was doing a preflight on my cub and found a crack where one of the lower cowl pins weld to the bottom corner of the mount and it extends around and thru the main part of the mount.....looks like it has been repaired a couple times already in the past and somewhat of a poor welding job was done. It also has a couple of other places where the mount has been poorly repaired so I would just rather replace it if I can find a good one at a fair price.....im just glad my little girl knows how to do a very detailed preflight because if this had let go on climb out it could have become unrecoverable. Only about 1/3rd of the weld was all that was still holding. Thanks, Kev
