Cheap prewar wanted

I am looking for a reasonably priced prewar Taylorcraft. Hoping to find something in the 15-17K range that is annualled and flying. Sexy looking would help. I was working on Levi's but another lucky guy beat me to it.

I know you posted that you are looking for a flying airplane, but there is a prewar project (disassembled) on Trade-A-Plane for 7K. It is located in Susanville, CA, which is just a little NW of Reno, NV. The guys name and number are; Lee Larimer Phone (530) 310-4054. PLEASE give a call or e-mail if ANY prewar Taylorcrafts come up for sale. I really want a flying plane but will consider a project based on completion parameters. I might even consider a Model A.
