My bird is for sale if anyone is interested. She's a good ship and will come with a mid-time engine, new bungees and a new tailwheel leaf spring (old one apparently had metal fatigue last week) and a lot of recent TLC.

I bought this bird originally to start a tailwheel flight school, but it now looks like my original plan (before this) is going to work out and I'll be using a leaseback aircraft.
She's for sale for $20K OR best offer. I'd like to sell her sooner rather than later as she's going to cost me money for hangar, etc...
Additionally, if someone is in the Austin area and is interested in starting an aircraft club or partnership, talk to me!
