  • TG6 Project information and details

A few years ago, I was talking to Dick Huish about his TG6 project, he said he had most of the parts and was thinking about letting it go. The timing was just not right as my father and I were mid stream on our scratch built super cub project however, that is coming to a close and we are looking for the next chapter. I called Dick about a month ago, he said that he got out of aviation due to medical reasons. I talked to Dick breifly that day, told him I was sorry to hear that. He said that the person he sold his TG6 to is making it an L-2.

I am hoping to find enough TG6 parts to make/build/restore a flying example that we can enjoy using our super cub as a tow plane. We have a L-2b, N36406, that my father rebuilt in the early 1990's. It is coming apart this winter for freshening up, new paint, all new hardware and a C-85/o200 stroker. A TG6 would be a fun ride into Sun N Fun!

So, If anyone has, know of or just wants to talk TG6, lets hear it. I can be reached at [email protected].
My cell is 9 0 four, two niner 4, twelve 9 0. That is internet code

Thanks for helping us get this started, I am sure this is going to be a fun one.
