Landing lights

Has anyone ever heard of the L-2s having landing lights standard? I heard a RUMOR, that a very few had the Grimes B-3151 removable landing light installed in the wings. These landing lights are the same type that may be installed in the Funks. I heard this and had doubts about it right off the bat, but is it true? Thought I'd check. Thanks

I've never seen one or a picture of one. Dick Huish would probably know, he's one of the resident L-2 guys. Maybe he will see this though I haven't heard him comment lately or Mike Redpath.
