Here are a few shots of the new baffles installed. Still a few tweaks to be made.

          Jason,
The installation looks great. Have you checked fit with the nosebowl? Hope the parts were helpful.

On my first attempt I did not thread the outer rods enough, so I took it all apart and fixed that. I never had a piece of baffle across the cases in front. Not even sure what it's supposed to look like. I do have a really hard time making the nose bowl fit, and was concerned about chafing. After 5 hrs of flight time I don't see any noticeable wear. The best part is NO MORE OIL LEAKS!!!

              lower baffle pan

              Jason,
The attached photo came from Capn Jons website... it clearly shows the lower baffle pan Ron is referring to.

Oh, that baffle pan... Yeah I have one installed and it's also in need of replacement.

I still think my nose bowl witch came off a Lyc. powered t-craft is dimensionally different than a Cont. powered one, and that is why I don't have much room up front since my ship is powered with an A-65-8. It appears to be narrower and not as deep. Can anyone shed some light on this subject? I would like to get a new one but I don't have the extra $$ at this time. Need more important things like a longer prop!
