Inner tubes for BC12-D tires

I am having a heck of a time trying to find the right inner tubes for my 6.00 X 6 Shinn wheels. Aircraft Spruce tubes the valve stem wasn't even close. I just received tube today from Wag Aero and again the stem is protruding close to 90 degrees. Where is the group finding a good inner tube???
