  • Woodruff Keys

When I was putting the control H-Frame on my '46 BC-12D back together, I could only find one of the two Woodruff Keys that key the aileron sprocket to the shaft.
So to buy one, I had to buy 100. So if anybody needs Woodruff keys let me know. I can send them to you.

Or if you want to buy your own, these are called 1/8" x 1/2" Woodruff keys.
They are 0.125" thick, 0.481" in the longest dimension and between 0.190" and 0.200" tall (depending on whether it has a flat bottom or not). What came out of my airplane has a completely round bottom. But the new ones have a flat bottom.
