Model A PROJECT in KYKM newly acquired

I have acquired an A project that has sat outside for years. I am learning about them before I decide what to do with it. It is missing the wings and a lot of other parts but has an A40-4 engine. The original tail feathers are in pieces but there are some later model elevators. Here are some pictures.
