Adding Flaps on bc-12d

Im rebuilding the wings on a 46 bc-12d, and as its experimental i want to add flaps. I have an extra set of wings so can use the ailerons for the flaps. Im thinking of copying the cub flap hinges and cable system. So, im looking for any comments on this, and also wonder if anyone knows what the performance specs were for the f22 (stall speeds and basic performance)
