  • Need 337 for larger tires

Anyone have a copy of a 337 for either 8.00 or 8.50 tires they wouldn't mind sharing for an F19-F22?

    Thanks in advance.

      Tundra Tire 337

The file is too large to post online (139K) so contact me at [email protected] and I'll email directly.

The key data is in AC 23-17 Section 23.733 and really shouldn't require anything else.

Good luck - all ACO's and FSDO's are different (the L.A. ACO initially said they wouldn't approve any 337's for larger tires or different tailwheels and then they signed off on them).

Thanks guys! Had one for 8.00x6 tires on an F21B faxed to my office this morning. Should work out great. Now, if I have enough $$$$ left after fixing the wing tank????

Got a set of 8.00x6 McCreary's going on next week. The wing is covered and being finished. If all goes well, N8ZU should be back in the air within the next 2-3 weeks!

                Craig -

Did you get the 337 approved? If so, where? My IA says the Portland FSDO will not approve this for us. I have a 337 for 8.5 x 6 tires that I want to put on my F-19. The 337 was used on a BC-12D.

                  Carl,
The paperwork has been submitted but not signed off yet. My A&P is going through the Ft. Worth FSDO, and has been given the verbal OK. Email me if you'd like a copy and I can send you one if it would help.
