After the last answer to the list I looked at the Topica only mail
account the I have and found a copule of asks for the 337. I have
scanned the 337 and put it on the web as a 300 dpi JPG. ~450kb for one
side and ~900 for the other.

Let me know if you have problems with them or if you need a real copy
sent by snail mail.
If someone wants to host these please feel free to grab them. I also
scanned them to pdf but those are 25mb each and I am on a dial up.
