vertical fin offset

Has anyone changed the angle of the vertical fin to compensate for increased cruise speeds. Is it necessary and how much is required.

That never seemed to be a problem. Our Clip wing does have an increased rudder area. We have 180+ HP.. Cruise is 140+ . the angle of incidence is changed by raising the front of the horizonial stab by 3/4 inch.
