Harry, I Am verry interested in the 180 hp taylorcraft taildragger along with a few of my frinds. We are wondering if we did order one just how long would it take from the time we orderd it utill it was finished. And would also like to know how many you have gotten off the line as of now. With everything i have heard i dont realy know what to think. If you could line us all out on whats going on it would be very helpfull.. Hope to hear from you........

Regarding sending out refunds due to customers that did not receive the parts they ordered or the services they were promised.

In Dec 2004, I ordered 1900.00 of parts. After many phone calls to Tcraft, I finally received 1 of the parts. I was told they were waiting on the FAA to approve the cowling latch & then Rachel would see to it that it was shipped right out. Never received another part from Tcraft.

Then, the end of March I requested a refund since the cowling was not made & they were unable to make the nosebowl. I was told 2-3 days for processing, then my refund would be credited to my card.

Then I started speaking with Harry & he told me he would wire transfer me the money numerous times & never did.

Now, this is July 2005 & I still have not so much as received a phone call from Tcraft telling me when I will get my 1300.00 refund.

Yes, I was stupid in thinking that I could trust a factory with my money. I have never had any problems with any other factory or dealer when ordering & paying for parts.

Harry, I would like to know when you will send me the refund due me. I sure believed you when you told me that you had just been busy & not able to get to the bank.

I don' feel that you treated me in a professional manner at all. I feel I was deceived by Tcraft, by you, and by Rachel.

Also, I am out $1300.00 for ordering parts from Tcraft.

I don't deserve to be treated like that, or to have my money stolen from me.
