The rudder photo is too small to see how bad the damage is but based on what I see it isn't beyond repair. A LOT of work and basically a "restoration", not a repair but I have much worse in my hangar. I have kept the damaged ones in case the day comes when the only thing we have is really... -
I am finally getting to repairing the rudder. Can anyone give me pointers on what tubes could be used. The picture above seems a decent replica and I have access to an EAA hangar with tools and welding equipment....

I would love to have a rudder like the one you pictured. I have skinned my rudder that was damaged by Milton and as you can see it is mangled beyond repair....
