From The Factory 9-23-03
Wow this is our ninth month and daylight is in sight. First I need to thank everyone for their support of this great airplane and I apologies for the delays with your parts orders.
Here is the real deal, for the last 100 days we have working on all the paperwork and processes to manufacture the F22 and manufacture parts for all Taylorcrafts.
We feel confident that after our FAA audit October 7, 03 we will be able to start shipping parts. We will update our Website with complete information on all Garmin products with pricing. A special thank-you to Poly-Fiber for all their support.
Factory reconditioning is now available including fabric & paint. New aircraft sales terms and conditions now available please e-mail.
Pricing for the F22 will still be $59,995. Plus options. All sales for at least the first year will be from La Grange. We will make some production improvements like powder coating, stainless steel cables, stainless firewall and no martin wires we will hand stitch the wings.
Last month 75 people stopped in for a factory tour and information, everyone is welcome Capt. John Timlin will arrive this Friday for a look.
It looks good for the new sport rule and we are looking at our F19 or BC12-D still would like your feedback.
A special thank-you to the Taylor family for their support and encouragement also to Forrest with the Taylorcraft Foundation, and Bruce with the Taylorcraft Owner’s Club.
GOD BLESS, Harry Ingram
