AOPA just published a report that the FAA is moveing some of the responsibility of special medicals for heart conditions to the local AMEs. This is a good start for a many of us who believe we are healthy,but are not interested in fighting the Oklahoma City bureaucrats. The FAA must be feeling the move to LSA by many pilots.
