I was in Sao Carlos, Brazil last week. I happened across an amazing museum at the TAM maintenance airport there.
The airport is owned an operated by the airline TAM.
There is a beautiful Mark IX Spitfire there (apparently in flying condition because my Brazilian coworker told me that he actually saw it fly once).
A P-47, an ME109 (BF109?)
A 1948 TCraft (see pic)
A flyable replica of 14-bis (which was built using some modern materials like aluminum tube that you may be able to see in the picture).
