I know it's not a taylorcraft but it needs to go anyway. I might consider taking anything in on trade but prefer to sell outright. I'm asking $25,000 but open to all serious reasonable offers...cash or trade.
It has 2900tte&a,1100smoh,0stoh. Always run & flew great but has been setting for a couple years. It had always been hangered all of its life until a year or so ago when it had to go out on a tiedown to make room for a new bird. The paint is still good but needs a bath. There interior is okay...headliner & side panels are still good but seats & carpet need redone. I have some older IFR radios that still work good but they need to be installed. It had a garmin stack and I removed them to put in a new bird.
To ferry she will need a new battery, electric aux fuel pump(maunal engine driven pump is fine),left side window(I accidently hit it with my knee while removing the garmins and cracked it along the bottom,), a good detailed inspection, and some gas,it has 80 gallon capasity. I can get it ready to ferry for no labor costs if the buyer wants to buy what it needs. This is a nice old straight original first year piper comanche. She flies straight & true and rock solid stable. Great cross country bird with a great useful load and extended range. Asking 25k but will consider any serious offers cash or trade. We have another 250 comanche and this one needs to go to a good home before it starts to rundown any worse then it already has. It's an easy refurbish right now but won't be if it continues to set.
