1955 Model 20 Taylorcraft - Was stripped down to the last nut and bolt and fuselage re-epoxi coated and re-assembled and the FAA. issued a new Airworthiness certificate in November of 2008. Interior is original with a new I-Comm A-200 comm. installed. Total time on aircraft approx.
880 hrs. without looking at the logs. It has a very large interior with three cabin doors. Has a Contintal 0-470 engine with a McCauley constant speed prop { no AD's} Cruises at 134 indicated
MPH and burns about 12 GPH at that speed ! At 110 MPH it burns a little over 8 GPH at 2100 RPM. Gross WT. is 2950 lbs, and with the back seat removed, Two 6 ft. guys can stretch out side by side with room to spare. It's a solid great airplane and the only reason I'm selling it, is because I have two of them. There are only about 6 left flying and a couple in restoration.
