I have a 46' bc12d t-craft for sale.Restoration just completed and signed off april 1,2005.1330TTAF,A-65-8,1750TTE,10 SMOH,NO oil leaks or oil burn at all,flies perfectly/hands off,climbs 600fpm with two 220lb occupants and 18 gallons of gas,cruise 90+/-mph with a metal climb prop and burns about 3.5-4gph.It is not a first place show winner but it is a really nice looking airplane with all new parts and a great flyer.I would like to get about $22,500 for it but am open to all offers and tire kickers are always welcome around here.Come take a look and a test drive.Even if ya don't want it for yourself we can still go fly her some and maybe you'll run across someone that does want it.We will even throw some steaks on the BBQ,show ya the projects we have going on up here,and spend the rest of the day spreading hanger
